Denise Lehman is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with a lifetime commitment to serving patients and families across the continuum of healthcare. Her nursing career began at the very foundation of patient care — working as a nurse’s aide in long-term care facilities — where she first discovered her deep desire to support vulnerable individuals through some of their most challenging moments. This formative experience laid the groundwork for a lifelong passion for nursing and patient advocacy.
Driven to expand her clinical knowledge and impact, Denise progressed to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), continuing her work in long-term care. Her hands-on role in the day-to-day care of residents helped her cultivate a practical understanding of chronic illness, quality of life issues, and the emotional nuances that accompany long-term health challenges. Through these early years, she nurtured a unique perspective that balances clinical needs with human dignity — a perspective that continues to define her approach today.
Eager to broaden her scope and the depth of her clinical expertise, Denise went on to earn her Registered Nurse (RN) license. Over the course of her nursing career, she has gained robust experience across a wide range of settings, including acute care, home health care, home care, assisted living, long-term care, and hospice. This diverse clinical background gives her an unparalleled understanding of how different healthcare environments operate, the challenges patients and families face in each, and how to navigate them with both sensitivity and efficiency.
